Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Spare Mind AI Pty Ltd (ACN 703 643 234, ABN 30 703 643 234), trading as Spare Mind AI, collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

  • When you book a call: your name, email, business name, staff numbers, phone (if you give it) and what you tell us about your business. Bookings are handled by Cal.com, which passes the details to us and adds the call to our calendar.
  • When you send us your scorecard: your name, email, business name if you give it, and your answers. If you only look at your score, nothing leaves your browser.
  • When you email or call us: whatever you choose to send.
  • When you browse the site: Google Analytics records which pages are visited, roughly where from, and on what kind of device, using cookies. It doesn't give us your name. You can turn it off with the notice at the bottom of the page or the button below, and your choice is remembered in your browser.

How we use it

To reply to you, run the call you booked, send you what you asked for, and improve the website. We don't sell personal information, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Who else sees it

The services that run this website and our email: Cloudflare (hosting, email routing, and Turnstile, which checks that a scorecard send comes from a person rather than a bot), Google (Gmail and Google Analytics) and Cal.com (bookings). Some of them store data outside Australia, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and bookings are kept while they are useful for the conversation, and for no more than two years after our last contact unless you become a client. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing enquire@sparemindai.com.au. If you're unhappy with how we handled it, tell us first; you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Client work

Information we handle for clients during a project is covered by the agreement for that project, not by this website policy.
